Body care/Cosmetics
Rising mobility and changing societal structures make it necessary to always have grooming products to hand even whilst out and about. Small, single-dose packaging items are the best solution for providing consumers with their usual product even whilst out and about - and in a more convenient, user-friendly way. Our thermoformed single-use items - also known as single-dose or monodose - stand out due to their large and diverse scope of application. The packets with simple snap opening can be emptied cleanly, simply and hygienically and are best-suited for liquids and semi-liquids.
We will take on the contract filling and packaging of your
creams, lotions, fluids, oils, masks, shampoos, hair conditioners, hand wash, dental care products, baby care products, hand sanitiser, disinfectant solutions, hair dyes, gels, mouthwashes, sunscreens, body care and skin care in general.
The possibilities are endless.
Our filling process also makes it possible to keep two different components separate in one packet and then to only bring them together right before use.
A dual-element packet is composed of two chambers, which administer both elements separately in liquid or semi-liquid form. The components are mixed only once the packet is opened and once one of the filling chambers is pressed.
Thermoformed portion packets offer the great advantage of it being possible to mould every imaginable shape and style of packaging freely. This makes them perfectly suited for body care and cosmetic products. We will support you during every important step:
